Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Schedule:

Before 1st August 2025: Full refund minus a processing fee of Rupees 1000.
Between 1st August and 31st August 2025: 50% refund of the registration fee.
After 1st September 2025: No refunds will be issued.

Substitutions:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your organization at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 30 days before the event.

Cancellation Due to Event Changes:
If the conference is postponed, rescheduled, or moved to a virtual format, registrants will have the option to:
1. Transfer their registration to the new event date.
2. Request a refund per the terms outlined above.

If the event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be provided.

How to Request a Refund:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to fortyonehymcochin@gmail.com with your registration details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
