As per 41 International rules customer will not be able to cancel a registration. However 41 International will be happy to talk to customer on alternate measures or changes to booking and do the needful to customer satisfaction.

In cases where customer made the payment and money got debited from customer account, but transaction didn't complete and/or customer didn't receive any mails, the money will be refunded in 4-5 working days.

Once the registration is successfully completed, the hym organization will do the service on the requested date with the given details. As per 41 International rules customer will not be able to cancel a registration or request for refund. However hym organization will be happy to talk to customer on alternate measures or changes to the registration and do the needful to customer's satisfaction.
